How is a virtual server created?

Unlike a dedicated server, which completely occupies a separate physical machine, a virtual server is hosted on a specific part of it. Thus, a single machine can host several servers. However, special software (we use KVM technology built into Linux) allows you to fully emulate the operation of your server as a dedicated server. At the same time, we guarantee that there will be no "overlaps" with neighboring servers.

Is it possible to test services?

Unfortunately, the test mode service is currently disabled. However, if you want to change the tariff, you can do it at any time. We also recommend you to consult with our specialist, who will choose the optimal tariff for your project.

How to transfer a project from another hosting?

Yes, our DDoS Protection is designed to handle even large Attacks. We constantly monitor Data Traffic and adapt our protective measures accordingly to ensure the availability of our services even in the event of intensive Attacks.

As a customer, do I have to do anything to activate DDoS protection?

No, as a Customer you don't need to do anything else. DDoS Protection is activated by default for all our Servers and requires no additional configuration on your part.

What happens if a DDoS attack is detected?

When a DDoS attack is detected, our protection mechanism kicks in immediately. The malicious traffic is filtered and blocked, while legitimate traffic can continue to flow without interruption.

Do you offer additional Security measures?

Yes, in addition to DDoS Protection, we offer a range of other security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS) and regular Security Updates to protect our Servers and our customers' data in the best possible way.
